Sugar-Free Strawberry Pies

Sugar-Free Strawberry Pies are for dessert. Yesterday I told you that I would reveal dessert for Easter Dinner today. So, here it is, at least the one I’m making.

I took a Strawberry Pie recipe that had been passed down in my family and made it sugar-free.

There is still time for a quick trip to the grocery store to get everything you need to make this pie.

Sugar-Free Strawberry Pie

  • Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Stevia
  • Butter
  • Strawberries
  • Jell-O Strawberry flavored (I used sugar-free)
  • Cool Whip (I used sugar-free)

Make the graham cracker crust according to the recipe on the box. I use unsalted butter and stevia. Margarine will make the crust too wet. Sugar, well it will keep it from being sugar-free.

Make the Strawberry Jell-O according to the package directions. I replaced half of the cold water with ice cubes to chill the Jell-O faster.

Combine the Jell-O and the Cool-Whip together, blending until smooth.

It might take a while to get it smooth, but don’t give up.

I then added the sliced strawberries. I had used 2 pints of Cool-Whip and a large box of Jell-O, so I added 2 cups of sliced strawberries. This makes 3 pies. Use however many sliced strawberries you want in your pie.

Chill for at least 30 minutes, but over night is best. Then enjoy!

Since we had an extra pie, we cut one of them last night. It was good. I can’t wait until tomorrow.

Sliced strawberries can be used to garnish the top along with more whipped cream. I will do that tomorrow. For now, it is into the fridge and chill.
